Toddlers Clothing Factory Exchange Policy

Exchange Timeframe and Eligibility

  • Exchanges must be requested within 3 working days from the date of delivery, after which no exchanges will be accepted.
  • Items must be unused, in original condition with tags intact, original folding maintained, and in their original packaging to be eligible for exchange.

  • To initiate an exchange, contact us through:

Gift Voucher Policy

  • Upon receiving and accepting the returned product, a gift voucher will be issued as store credit
  • The gift voucher will be sent to your registered email ID or contact number via SMS
  • Gift voucher validity is 6 months from the date of issue
  • For second-time returns using a gift voucher (without prior information), a new voucher will be issued with INR 200 deducted for delivery charges

Shipping and Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Delivery time for exchanged products may vary by location

Exclusions and Restrictions

  • Items purchased during SALE/DEAL PRICE are not eligible for exchange
  • Exchanges are limited to one time per order
  • The company is not responsible for damage due to:
    • Rain
    • Overuse
    • Stains
    • Incorrect cleaning
    • Normal wear and tear
  • For paid order cancellations, a 3% payment gateway charge applies

Dispute Resolution

  • Toddlers Clothing Factory's decisions are final and binding
  • Disputes are subject to Chennai jurisdiction, Tamil Nadu, India
  • Policy is governed by Indian IT ACT 2002

  • Toddlers Clothing Factory reserves the right to refuse exchanges with proper reasoning provided via email, WhatsApp, or phone call
